Return Eligibility

Items purchased from Ninuso can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation that were included with the shipment.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are incorrect or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@ninuso.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that we do not provide return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned safely and for any shipping fees associated with the return.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and process the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

Exchanges

We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
